Paul has served the Lewis Center area for more than 15 years and is the principal behind Marchio Insurance. He is a LUTCF-designated advisor, a graduate of The Ohio State University, and a St. Francis DeSales High School alumnus.Clients know him for straightforward conversations about auto, home, business, and life coverage — and for staying involved after the policy is in force. As the agency moved from captive to independent, Paul’s focus stayed the same: understand the risk, explain the options, and protect what matters.
Melissa
Client Advisor
Melissa is the person you call when the policy is already in place, and you need something done. She handles coverage questions, policy changes, documents, premium payments, and the day-to-day service that keeps a policy current.
Siena
Client Advisor
Siena helps clients start new coverage, compare options, and get policies bound. She works with you on quotes and new business, so the right coverage gets put in place. Once the policy is in force, the service team handles the day-to-day changes and questions.
